Just found this site searching for personal trainers in Liverpool – and really enjoying the online courses and advice! What a great way to get to know your personal trainers before you commit!

I tried the 9 day online programme – its was great. As it was free I didn’t expect a lot, but after a while I really got used to the regular tips in my email each morning – its just what I needed – a nice easy way to start getting ready for summer! I really liked the trainer too – so I’ve booked myself a starter training session too.

Really love Fit NW. I’m a mum with two kids, two dogs and a hubby, so I’d been looking for something to help me get into shape – but I just don’t like the hard dieting clubs – and wanted something to combine general fitness with more energy and yes, losing a bit of weight is good too – but it wasn’t my only goal.
