Fit Tip No.2 – Eat Protein

Exercise not only uses up your body’s energy stores – it also breaks down your muscles at a cellular level.

The good news is that the solution to this is to eat – and eat protein.

Protein will help repair and rebuild the muscle tissues as well as increasing the body’s ability to absorb water and maintain hydration plus fight of viruses by building the immune system.

So, get your good protein – nuts, lot fat yoghurt, eggs or a high quality protein drink – and get faster recovery.
