Health starts with checking your food labels

Here’s a challenge – this evening or during the day, have a look through your food cupboard and fridge.

Sort anything that has sugar listed in the ingredients from anything that is sugar free.

Perhaps put the items that contain sugar on one shelf and the sugar free items on another.

Now, how does your food cupboard look?

Did you realise how many of the things you eat contain sugar?
