I care about health and fitness
Yes, I do keep fit – by mainly walking the dog and doing the shopping.
However, I do make sure that I eat really well and so does my family too.
I’ve discovered that you can lose some weight by exercising hard, but that you lose a lot more by changing (and improving) what you eat.
That’s why I love detox programmes and nutritional (not yo-yo) diets….
… because they feed the body what it needs and help to break the bad eating habits of a lifetime – too much sugar, alcohol or simply refined and processed food.
If you are interested in how I can help you, please get in contact with me and I’ll send you some useful information on what I do and we can chat about how I can help.
About me, Tom Sharman
I help people detox and get their bodies fit and healthy through a holistic approach to health incorporating Nutrition, Exercise and Detox.
I have worked with large groups in the past but best results come on an individual 1 to 1 bases
How did you get into personal training?
I originally volunteered in my teens as a basketball coach gaining great honours which to this day haven’t been replicated. I went on and worked as a sports coach in primary schools. but my love has always been fitness, so when I was financially stable I decided to make the move, become a personal trainer and I have never looked back.
How do you like to train
I train using mostly my own body weight, using multi plainer activities. incorporating speed and agility training as much as possible
What kind of people do you help?
The great thing about this job is being able to work with anyone, Its always exciting to get new faces through the door with amazing goals and make them a reality.
What might someone achieve with you?
I help my people focus on their short, medium and then set long term stretch goals. We then work together to help achieve them.
Typically a short term goal would be to ‘drop a jeans size’ in 6 weeks and a long term goal would be to run a half or full marathon.
