Tip 1. Set a goal!
Without a goal it is impossible to achieve anything – after all, what are you aiming for? Whether you decide to enter a local 5k run, a 10k run or marathon it doesn’t really matter. Alternatively, you might aim to drop a dress size or reduce from 36 inch waist to 34 inches (like you used to be). All these are measurable and you’ll know if you’ve achieved it.
A goal such as – have more energy – is great too, but how will you know when you’ve achieved it? In many ways, having more energy will come as a result of achieving a measurable goal. So, stick with something you can measure and enjoy the extra energy and strength that comes with it.
