Look after your liver

Looking after your liver is an important part of a healthy ‘live long’ lifestyle and about getting fit.

The best you can do for your liver is check what you eat – and cut out fatty foods (butter?), sugary foods (pre-cooked meals), salt,
alchohol, coffee and tea.

Replace the refined carbohydrates with whole meal – so, cut the white rice, white pasta and white bread – replace with brown rice, brown
pasta and brown bread.

Put the bad stuff away in the back of the cupboard and put the healthy foods at the front – you’re not going to need them.
