Look after your liver

Looking after your liver is an important part of a healthy ‘live long’ lifestyle and about getting fit.

The best you can do for your liver is check what you eat – and cut out fatty foods (butter?), sugary foods (pre-cooked meals), salt,
alchohol, coffee and tea.

Replace the refined carbohydrates with whole meal Рso, cut the white rice, white pasta and white bread Рreplace with brown rice, brown
pasta and brown bread.

Put the bad stuff away in the back of the cupboard and put the healthy¬†foods at the front – you’re not going to need them.
